Rehabilitation of pipelines

Interestingly, the most visible ditches along the streets of our cities were not open to put new water, sewer or gas lines, but to perform maintenance work on existing piping or replace old pipes with new ones made of different materials or with a larger diameter.
Incentiverde provides a system for rehabilitating pipes "Repair patch" or spot repair, allowing their repair without it being necessary to excavate a trench along the entire length of the network.
This technique consists of impregnating a fiber-glass screen (CRF) with a mixture of silicon resin and hardener.
After the resin impregnated fabric is wound and attached to an applicator preselected according to the diameter and length of the "patch" to be applied.
Once this process is complete the "patch" is led to the repair site previously determined accurately by inspecting video, the applicator is then inflated to its inflation pressure, and the screen adheres to the inner surface of the collector.
